I will be honest, consistency used to intimidate me.
I thought I needed to overhaul my life overnight to see progress.
But what really changed my world was realizing that it is about small, steady steps, not giant leaps.

🌟 Choosing to learn something new.
🌟 Saying no when it would be easier to say yes.
🌟 Tracking my progress even when it felt slow.

These little moves stacked up over time and created momentum that no one could see at first.
But eventually, the results became undeniable.
